Cancellation Policy
- Before Production (Prior to CAD/3D Design Approval): You may cancel your order for a full refund if the CAD or 3D design has not yet been approved.
- After CAD/3D Design Approval: Cancellations after CAD or 3D design approval will incur a 50% restocking fee.
- After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled after shipping. This includes any cancellations due to personal reasons before the product is received.
Return Policy
- Custom Orders: All sculptures are made to order and customized. Returns/refunds are not accepted for personal reasons or force majeure delays.
- Shipment Delays: We are not responsible for courier or customs delays. Urgent order fees are non-refundable.
- Return Eligibility: Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery. Custom, showroom, and special orders cannot be returned.
- Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- Must be returned in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase required.
- Contact customer service for the return address.
- Subject to 50% restocking fee after inspection.
Return Shipping Fees
- Consumer-Initiated Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Prices vary by carrier.
- Faulty/Incorrect Items: If it's our error, we cover the return shipping fees.
Refund Policy
- Approval Process: Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Delayed Refunds: If over 15 business days have passed after approval and you haven’t received the refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
- To exchange, please return the original item and place a new order. Follow the standard return process.
